ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., harvest season or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method (e.g., standard or expedited). Free shipping may be offered on orders over $100, subject to change during promotions.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us if you are interested in international orders, and we’ll explore options.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the Midwest states. 5-10 for Pacific states. Expedited shipping, if available, takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Purple Lavender Farm is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at info@purplelavenderfarm.com.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. If your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We want you to love your lavender products! Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Non-Perishable Items (e.g., lavender sachets, candles, or crafts): Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Perishable Items (e.g., fresh lavender bouquets): Due to their nature, fresh lavender products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Custom or Personalized Orders: These are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Gift Cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Contact us at info@purplelavenderfarm.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If the order has already shipped, it is subject to our standard returns policy.

Cancellations for custom or personalized orders may not be possible once production has begun.
